Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all our paid services. If you are not completely satisfied with your Band9prep experience, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and excludes renewal purchases.Eligible Refund Scenarios

a. Technical issues preventing access to our platform that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
b. Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
a. Services used extensively (more than 75% of content accessed or completed)
b. Downloadable materials that have been accessed or downloaded
c. One-on-one tutoring sessions that have been completed

e. Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges for the next period. Upon cancellation:

c. Your account will automatically revert to the free plan at the end of the period
